Self Governance For Lean Governments Is The Futuristic Society!

Have you heard of Lean Governments before? Or Have you heard of Self-Governance models before?

I'd assume some of you might have an idea of it. As intuitive as the literals sound, it's about a way to manage the life, lifestyle, welfare, wellness, economic prosperity by centering the axle on the Self.

• Self sustenance.
• Self responsibility.
• Self reliance.
• Self accountability.
• Self learning.
• Self help.
• Self mastery.
• Self awareness.
• Self reflections.

And more...

Those are a few of the direct derivatives and essential elements that are all interrelated to self-governance. Many of the above elements are interchangeably used as they have a high degree of overlap.

And, regardless of how we'd define each of them, with a specific context in question, all those terms have due weightage + overlap with the other qualities / elements.

Let me give an overview of 'Lean Government' and why it's desirable or conceptually favored over the conventional government setup in a Democracy.

The idea or the conception of 'Lean Government' is to facilitate the citizens of the Country, in question, with the most essential resources, funds, aid, support (all the 3 branches of Legislative, Executive and Judicial), law and order enforcement, ensuring adequate educational needs for children are met and oversight of medical assistance. And, all other world trade and foreign relationships as they should exist.

(Not very proficient, but I'm going by common sense for the most part. It should be coherent with other formal disciplines that are researched or studied!)

The stark difference to draw in this type of lean governance models is to primarily have:

• favorable tax structures for the ordinary citizens (a model that ensures most of the capital income is retained by the individuals).
• encourage individuals with entrepreneurial spirit.
• directly / indirectly promote, support, advocate for high literacy in a given field of individual's expertise.
• reward models for individuals' meritocracy.
• boost intellectual and mental acumen.
• generate more  intellectual privately owned properties (academics, skills, crafts, tech and more).
• exponential wealth, growth, economic prosperity due to tapping into every individual's unique skills / gifted talents to prosper and flourish.
• Promote a sense of AUTONOMY at the individual level. (more obvious by now)
• Less room for corruption, or fewer choke points in government's structure.
• Enable and equip higher degree of transparency into government's role and functions in bettering ordinary people's lives.
• More accountable structures from the government and also the individuals likewise, in a good, healthy, coordinated, cooperative, collaborative model as opposed to the edge clinging to democracies falling into tyrannical leadership and authoritarian / dictatorship styled ones as we are seeing symptoms of it in the UK and other countries.

And more along those highly beneficial state of socio-political economic affairs.

Now, that's an idea to anchor ourselves in why or how a 'Lean government' would be a futuristic model for democracies.

How does 'Lean Government' benefit from an individual's standpoint?

• All the benefits are directly tied one-one from the above listing.
• Autonomy as a desirable futuristic state for more freedom of thought, expression, freedom to exist in your right to exercise entrepreneurial leadership.
• Own your life and take your future into your hands.
• Less degree of dependency on the government to fund you adequately for medical assistance or your business aspects or education for your children in a healthier setup as opposed to an otherwise potentially hijacked model where indoctrination into unwanted ideas instilled into young brains.
• More traction with your life to live on your terms, fuller self controlled governance of your own life in all spheres of it.
• The more meritorious you get, the more opportunities you create.
• Promote a high degree of citizen journalism as opposed to a few media outlets owning the narratives with fictions pumped into it without a measure or a way to even test how much of it is contaminated.
• High degree of independence (if one desires and can have the mental ability to see this as the biggest game changing state of life and livelihood)
• Due to reduced crime, more truth and justice will prevail for the innocents.
• Every individual is equally feeling vested into the welfare of the self, their families but also will forge a higher degree sense of collective responsibility, in terms of, civic duty, moral duty, social duty, spiritual duty.

And more along the above lines...

How are 'Lean Government' and 'Self Governance' tied so tightly to each other?

It's simple common sense.

One promotes the other. One pushes the other into such a model in an ideally conceived state of affairs.

Lean Government is effective only when the individual is efficient at the self level.

When individuals are self driven, self governing and highly self sustaining mode, all the undesirable, unnecessary dependencies are pushed with a nature force and pressure on the government and it's systems to perform with corruption-free models, more transparency and accountability.

You can expand on the above thought process and see how naturally it all gels one into the other...

Essentially, one cannot exist without the other being brought up to a certain level of execution.

Either Lean government models and leadership from brilliant minds push the idea down to the individuals OR a set of critical mass of individuals galvanize the force and build self-governance, economic freedom models first as foundational elements AND it naturally forces and trims the government to a lean model, eventually.

Which one is the most promising bet?

I'd say, it's a set of critical mass of individuals with a great and keen bent on self-governance in various dimensions of the society, bring up the pillars to a state where subsequent government structures can be lean, thereby as a consequential result.

You may argue it differently but that's how I'd see it as the most logical, practical, realistic means to achieve it, assuming that's a goal we want to march towards.

Why is AUTONOMY the futuristic model?

In an era with high powered AI tech, invincible and ubiquitous nature of AI, it's inevitable use for many daily-life needs coupled with multitude of challenges we are navigating with multi-race, multi-color, multi-religion etc., settings, a conventional government models will suffer from limitations in meeting the needs of every micro-segment of population.

No matter what we do, there will remain a greater residual of discontentment as no set of agreeable policies will satiate all the citizens in a Country.

And, we will forever be in an unsolvable debate of solving the illegal immigration, reduction of crimes and all with no avail to fruition.

All of the socially flared up evils in every dimension of issues we are living in today, are leading us to embrace autonomy as foundational elements of building, rethinking, reimagining and rebuilding our societies and keep the civilizations healthy.

One's own individual's mental health, psychological health, physical health, spiritual health, social engagement and individual level dispositions and all are fixated in:

• how an individual can become more self-responsible.
• bring more character building with principled thinking.
• bring the timeless / evergreen objective moral code into the socio-political equation of our lives.
• improve and forge stronger human bonds with meaningful conversations and purpose.
• make AI more ethical and responsible to become a FORCE for GOOD while curbing and curtailing the nefarious / trauma inflicting evil acts.
• Take human accountability in the right use of AI and not use AI as a scapegoat for human lacking and human's need to be ethical, moral and socially responsible both digitally and physical lives.

AI tech will or cannot or should NOT be compensating for human's lack of good, socially acceptable character.

Preparing the younger generation of children for tomorrow is to make sure  we do our best efforts as adults in the society, to properly nurture them, guide them and coach them in sustainable abundance path and not mar them with constricted state of consciousness, deprive them of having a curious mind to boost intelligence, make religion and ideologies take center stage to kill the humanity, truth, goodness, beauty and leaving them with injustice to sift through.

Let the children not bear any guilt whatsoever for the prior generations fallouts.

Let the children have the necessary physical safety and freedom to exist as a fundamental human right.

Let's set the children FREE of this mental baggage!

Let us allow the children of today to live abundantly, independently and vibrantly in their brighter future with infinite possibilities !! 🙏
